Glossary
App
An App is an instance created with a previously specified App Template. Each App can have its own configuration, inherited from its App Template. It is binary that is actually run in ArconQ.
App Template
App Template is the blueprint for creating Apps inside ArconQ. With this blueprint, we can create instances of our App inside our framework. One blueprint can be used to create an unlimited amount of Apps that realize logic implemented in a template.
Communication diagram
The component, that allows to graphically represent and modify all App instances and their connections.
Minimal API
Basic interface for creating ArconQ App which leverages static app builder. Created for a user-friendly experience.
Scheduled job
Scheduled jobs allow users to perform business logic with a certain frequency. Scheduled jobs can be run in ArconQ by inheriting the IScheduledJob interface from SDK. Scheduled job interface comes with extension methods to easily determine how frequently your App logic should be invoked.
SDK
ArconQ SDK which is available at https://nexus.macrix.eu/repository/arq-nuget. It exposes interfaces and extension methods required to create App Templates running in underlying framework implementation.
Standard API
More advanced interface for creating ArconQ App which leverages classic ASP.NET services registration approach. Created for ASP.NET-seasoned developers.
Workspace
A Workspace can be treated as a container in which everything happens. Workspaces are needed to create Apps and display their correlated communication diagram.
